摘要 通过将教师的科研课题引入到实验教学,在将教师的科研与学生课外科技活动相结合以培养学生的创新意识和实践动手能力方面开展探讨与实践,取得了一定的成效。文章介绍了化学工程与工艺专业的实验教学中将科研引入实验教学的具体方法,教师的科研与学生课外科技活动相结合存在的问题和解决办法等。笔者通过实践认为,教师教学理念的转变及创造一个能使教学科研互相促进的教学机制对促进实验教学改革的良性发展起到至关重要的作用。 Scientific achievements of teachers were led into experimental teaching and scientific research of teachers combined with science and technology activities after class of students which can educate students' innovative consciousness and practice ability were studied and practiced in several years. And some results were achieved. In the paper, the method of how to lead scientific aclhievements of teachers into experimental teaching of chemical engineering & techniques professional were introduced. And the problems and solutions of scientific research of teachers combined with science and technology activities after class of students were also discussed. Through practice, the change of conception of teaching and teaching mechanism which teaching and scientific research were auxiliary to each other could promote the development of experimental teaching reform greatly.
