绕障水平钻井技术在罗59井中的应用

摘要 在罗城老矿区内对岩盐资源进行挖潜,增加水平井水平段长度,提高水平对接成功率。绕开在直线范围内罗24井、罗33井老溶腔,实施绕障水平钻井技术与罗36井老溶腔对接连通形成了先进的水平对接井采卤工艺,此次成功对接进一步奠定了绕障水平钻井技术的成熟性,为矿山开发提高岩盐资源利用率提供了丰富的经验。 Through drilling for the rock salt resources in the old mine area of Luocheng, in order to improve the success rate of horizontal communication, the length of horizontal section of horizontal well is increased. Avoiding the old cavities of Luoeheng Well No.24 and Well No.33 which lie in the straight line scope, the technology of obstacle-avoiding horizontal well drilling is applied in an attempt to communicate the old cavity of Luocheng Well No.36, resulting in an advanced brine extraction process with horizontal communication. This successful communication has established the maturity of the technology of obstacle-avoiding horizontal well drilling and provides abundant experience for increasing the utilization rate of rock salt resources in mine exploitation.
