本文在对构建和谐企业与思想政治工作客观分析的基础上,就如何创新企业的思想政治工作,构建和谐矿山,提出了自己个人的见解。企业是社会的细胞,构建和谐企业是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,也是牢固树立和认真落实科学发展观的重要内容。因此,构建"和谐企业"是企业实现科学发展的大势所趋,人心所向,体现了广大员工根本利益和共同愿望。

On the basis of objectively analyzing the construction of harmonious mine and the ideological and political work, this paper puts forward its own opinion on how to innovate the ideological and political work of the enterprises and construct harmonious mine. The enterprises are the cells of the society, and the construction of harmonious enterprises is an important part of constructing a harmonious socialist society and the important content of firmly establishing and seriously fulfiling scientific outlook on development. Therefore, the construction of ＂harmonious enterprises＂ is the trend and the common aspiration of the people, and it reflects the basic interests and common desire of the broad personnel.
