摘要
为了实现焊接机器人对空间焊缝的自动实时跟踪和焊接参数的实时控制,设计了一种以DSP为主控制器的焊缝实时跟踪和控制的交互式控制系统。DSP作为系统的核心控制器产生控制信号,驱动步进电机动作,同时利用DSP的数字通讯功能与PC进行通讯,从而实现对焊缝的实时跟踪和控制。结果表明:该焊接机器人控制系统可以实现对空间焊缝的自动实时跟踪和焊接参数的实时控制,能够满足实际焊接工程的需要。
For achieving the real-time automatic tracking of space welding seam and the control of welding parameters, the interactive control system based on DSP was designed. As the master controller, DSP generates control signal, which controd controls the movement of the stepping motor. At the same time, it makes use of digital communication of DSP to communicate with the PC to achieve the real-time tracking and control of the welding seam. The results show that the control system can achieve the real-time automatic tracking of space welding seam and can control welding parameters to meet the practical needs.
