摘要
以铝合金LY12为试验材料,采用MAO240/750微弧氧化设备、TT260测厚仪和AMARY-1000B扫描电子显微镜,研究了起弧电压、电流密度和氧化时间等参数对陶瓷层性能的影响。结果表明:起弧电压随着Na2SiO3浓度的增加而降低;在相同氧化时间内,随着电流密度的增加,陶瓷膜的厚度也显著地增加,陶瓷膜的致密层显微硬度也在逐渐地增加,但不是线性地增加;在相同电流密度条件下,随着时间的增加,膜层厚度和致密层硬度非线性增加,但致密层所占比例却减小。
By using MAO240/750 micro-arc oxidation (MAO) equipment, TT230-coating thickness gage and AMARY-1000B SEM, the effect of are starting voltage, current density and oxidation time on the properties of the ceramic coating on LY12 aluminum alloy is studied. The results show that the voltage decreases with the increase of the concentration of Na2SiO3 the thickness of the ceramic film increases with the increase of the current density during the oxidation, so do its density and microhardness although not linearly; and under the same current density, the film thickness and the hardness of the dense layers increase with the oxidation time although the increase is not so linear and the proportion of the dense layers gets smaller.
