摘要
用MSC SuperForm软件对三层复合铝箔的轧制过程进行了有限元模型,得到了轧件的包覆板横向厚度分布特征。研究了压下量对横向厚度分布的影响,结果表明,通过改变压下量的大小,可以有效改善轧件的包覆板横向厚度分布不均的现象。
The model of the sandwiched aluminum sheets was built by finite element analysis software MSC SuperForm. From the simulation, the distribution of the thicknesses of the component layers was obtained in the traverse direction. The influence of the reduction on the thicknesses of the component layers was effectively improved by the change of reduction.
