摘要 以CaO-A12O3系预熔渣和铁矿粉为主要原料,开发了炼钢用脱磷剂。测定了脱磷剂的熔点,利用坩埚法测定了脱磷剂的脱磷能力,确定了综合性能指标较好的脱磷剂的组分,考察了利用该脱磷剂进行现场试验时的脱磷效果。研究结果表明,在预熔渣(CaO65%、Al2O334%)和铁矿粉为1∶1时,可以获得熔点以及脱磷能力良好的脱磷剂;在电炉上应用,当其加入量达到20 kg/t时,脱磷率达82%以上,氧化期缩短25%。 By adopting the refining flux composed of CAO65% , Al2O3 34% and the iron ore powder as raw materials, the dephosphorization flux used for steelmaking has been developed. The melting point of the dephosphorization flux has been determined; the dephosphorization index of the dephosphorization flux has been evaluated by means of crucible process as well. Meanwhile, the composition of the dephosphorization flux with well aggregative indicators has been decided; the dephosporization result has been examined by applying the dephosphorization flux on site. The research results show that if the adding ration of the iron ore powders and the refining flux composed of CaO 65% , Al2O3 34% is 1: 1, the dephosphorization flux with well melting point and aggregative indicators could be obtained; when the amount of dephosphorization influx achieves 20 kg/t, the dephosphorization degree is more than 82% , and the oxidation period reduces 25%.
