摘要
针对湛江发电厂汽轮机梳齿形汽封易出现的卡涩问题,通过对原设计汽封的受力分析,确认卡涩的原因为汽封槽颈部间隙过小所致,为此,提出了相应的改造方案并进行了实施。通过对2号、4号机组改造前后数据的对比分析,认为此次改造达到了预期的效果。
To solve the common jam problem of steam turbine comb vapor seal in Zhanjiang Power Plant, a stress analysis was made of the originally designed vapor seal, and the reason for the jam was confirmed to be the excessively small gap at the neck of the vapor seal groove. Then corresponding plan of vapor seal transformation was drawn up and implemented. The transformation is proved successful by comparing and analyzing the data of Units 2 and 4 before and after the transformation.
