本文设计了一套半导体激光器电源,介绍了实用半导体激光器电源的设计和研制,并在介绍的过程中讨论了半导体激光器由于电源及其相关设备而引起的损坏的原因以及防范方式。

A power supply of laser diode was designed in this paper. During the development of the driver, the damage and the anti-damage protection techniques were discussed.
