摘要
分析了目前我国旅客服务系统的应用现状、运营管理体制和经营观念,针对铁路客运服务信息子系统种类多,信息交换复杂的特点[1],探讨对新型客运专线车站的旅客服务信息系统集成管理平台关键技术的研究,提出以平台内部信息总线为核心,集中实现车站业务服务模式,建设铁路车站旅客服务信息集成系统,以面向整体流程和服务的方式架构,实现了客运服务信息共享、统一维护等功能。
The status quo of current China Passenger Service System, Operation and Management System and operational concepts were analysed in this paper. Against the features of variety of Sub-Systems, complexity of information exchange, key technologies for the Integrated Management Information System platform of new passenger service information were researched. The idea of internal platform information bus as the core was proposed. By this mean, new passenger services integrated information management platform is to be structured by the construction of the overall processes and service oriented approach, to implement the passenger service information sharing, unity maintenance, concentrative management, distribution control and other functions.
