摘要
通过对用离子选择电极法测定铜精矿中氟含量的研究,在建立方法数学模型的基础上,分析了测定过程不确定度的主要来源,并计算了各不确定度分量,经合成得到相对标准不确定度,从而求得扩展不确定度。
Based on the study of fluorin detection in copper ore by ion selective electrode analysis method, set up the math model, analyzed the sources of uncertainty, calculated the branch uncertainty , synthe-sized the various factors of relative standard uncertainty, and got the outcome of detection expanding un- certainty.
