康氏木霉LW-1产酶条件的研究

摘要 以康氏木霉LW-1为实验材料,采用固体发酵方法,对其所产纤维素酶进行研究。结果表明在初始pH为6.0的条件下,最适培养温度为28℃,固体发酵最佳培养时间为108h,最适接种量为8%。 In order to popularize the production and application of cellulose's solid fermentation,trichoderma koningii LW - 1 was tested for its cellulose by solid fermentation. The following results were confirmed : initial pH 6.0, optimum temperature 28℃ ,optimum culture time for solid fermentation 108 h,optimal inoculation amount 8%.
