摘要
结合灌区两种泥沙处理方式的特点提出分散系数的概念,介绍了近似理想点排序法的基本原理。在此基础上,分别应用分散系数法和近似理想点法对黄河下游9个典型灌区的泥沙分布进行评价,探讨灌区泥沙优化分布模式,为灌区改造或兴建的规划设计提供参考。
The treatment modes concept of dispersion coefficient is put forward combining with the characteristics of two sediment in this paper. Two methods of dispersion coefficient and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) are applied to evaluate of sediment distribution in the typical nine irrigation districts. Through comparing calculated results and actual situation, the two evaluation methods are very reasonable and reliable. It provides an important reference for evaluating sediment distribution in irrigation districts.
