摘要
双金属覆合用铜带是制作新型通讯用电缆线的基础材料,即铜包铝、铜包钢电缆线的重要原材料。本文重点介绍了双金属覆合用铜带的铸造及加工生产的关键工艺研究过程,讨论了化学成分及加工工艺对双金属覆合用铜带组织及性能的影响。
Bimetal composite copper strip is a basic material for making new communication cable, which is the major raw and processed material for copper wraps aluminum cable and copper wraps steel cable. The key process research about casting and producing is introduced in this text, and the effect of chemical composition and processing on structures and properties of bimetal composite copper strip is also discussed.
