国外铝合金挤压模具设计技术介绍与分析

Introduce and Analysis of Design Technology of Foreign Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Mold

作者在大量考察、收集与整理国内外铝合金挤压模具设计方法、内容与步骤的基础上,对铝合金挤压模具设计进行全面系统的总结与讨论。本文着重介绍并分析了日本铝合金挤压模具设计过程、理念、方法及强度校核等问题,与我国现行的设计理念与方法有所不同,希望对模具设计的同行们有所启发与帮助。

The author roundly summarizes and discusses the design of aluminum alloy extrusion mold based on mass inspecting, collecting and reorganizing the design method, content and step of foreign aluminum alloy extrusion mold. This article emphatically introduces and analyzes Japanese aluminum alloy extrusion mold about its design process, idea and method, which is different from our current design idea and method. The author hopes this article can inspire and help colleagues engaged in mold design.
