摘要
本文主要以ABB公司的DCS502B全数字直流传动模块、ACS600交流多传动控制模块和西门子公司的S7-300程控器等完成的1300 mm铝板带热轧机电控系统为例,介绍了现代铝带热轧机传动电控系统的硬件、软件设计,并着重介绍了辊道电机的控制思想。
This article takes electric control system of 1300mm aluminum sheet ＆ strip hot-rolling mill as an example, which is completed by ABB full digital DC drive module DCS502B, AC muti-drive control module ACS600 and Siemens program controllerS？-300, in addition, this article introduces hardware ＆ software design of drive control system for modern aluminum strip hot- rolling mill and lays stress on the control idea of table motor.
