个人主义/集体主义的测量与评价被引量：2

摘要学界对个人主义/集体主义概念的界定及测量方法存在分歧,从而对中、美、日个人主义/集体主义程度也存在争论,其主要原因是由于概念界定不清和未选取可操作性的方法进行数据处理。个人主义/集体主义在人际关系模式上存在着差异,而社会生态环境、普遍信任水平、社会体制、主导性的行为模式是产生这种文化差异的社会根源。
