摘要
以敦煌悬泉置汉简为依据,结合有关文献,对汉代"髡刑"作了新的解释,对"驰刑"和"复作"的关系作了初步探讨,对了解汉代法律具有一定意义。
this paper, base on xuquanzhihanjian of Dunhuang and some research results, is to retestify those terms .This part try to give a new explanation for shavingoffhair penalty. It takes steps to study the Relationship between shi xing tu and fu zu.
