摘要
为了贯彻落实《国家知识产权战略纲要》精神,促进甘肃知识产权及其专利事业的发展,根据教育部权威调查数据和高校的现状,分析新建本科院校贯彻实施《纲要》面临的问题和挑战,并进行详细的研究讨论,提出相应的对策,具有较好的理论性和可操作性。
In order to carry out The National Programme for Intellectual Property and help to develop Gansu＇s Intellectual Property and its patent, this paper, based on the data given by The Education Department of China and the present situation of college and universities, analyzes the problems and challenges the newly built colleges and universities meet in implementing the programme, and puts forward the countermeasures. It is both theoretical and practical.
