甘肃省职业教育管理体制研究

Study on Management System of Vocational Education in Gansu Province

政出多门、职能交叉、统筹乏力、教育资源分散、办学效益较低等问题为甘肃省现行职业教育管理体制的弊端,严重阻碍了社会经济和职业教育的良性发展。完善职业教育联席会议制度,进一步加大政府统筹力度,强化部门合作,整合教育资源,建立区别性管理体制,搭建统一招生平台,是积极推进甘肃省职业教育管理体制改革的有效路径。

The present vocational education in Gansu Province has a lot of disadvantages, such as function intersection, ineffectiveness of planning as a whole, decentralization of education resources, and low benefit in school running, which blocks the benign development of social economy and vocational education. The reform of management system of vocational education in Gansu Province can be promoted actively by the effective ways of integrating education resources, establishing distinguishing management system, and setting up the uniform recruit platform.
