Abstract Comrade Jiang Zemin points out clearly, in his report made at the Fifteenth National Congress of the communist Party of China that is entitled 'Hold High the Banner of Deng Xiaoping's Theory, and Advance Comprehensively the Cause of Building Socialism with Chinese Features along into the Twenty-first Century', that we must 'exert ourselves to seek the forms of realization of the kind of public ownership that can extremely promote the development of productive forces'.
