摘要 反应器是尼龙66原丝生产进行缩聚反应关键设备之一,由于在反应器进行反应的物料温度高、粘度大,加之物料具有腐蚀性,其加热介质具有毒性和腐蚀性,对反应器的材料、工艺等要求高.国内的原丝聚合反应器全部从国外进口,价格高.通过对尼龙66浸胶帘子布原丝反应器材料的选取、焊接工艺的确定、内、外筒体焊接质量的检查及后期的热处理,确保达到进口设备的质量,实现了反应器的国产化,取得了良好的经济效益. The reactor is one of the key sets in course of unprocessed silk of nylon66. The requirements of the reactor are high standard of material and high technology, because of high temperature, high viscidity and high causticity of reactive materiel and toxicity and causticity of heating medium. The reactors of unprocessed silk of nylon66 are imported from foreign countries. It is high price of the reactor, it has been made of nylon66 dipped tire cord fabric unprocessed silk reaction Instrument. According to materials having been selected, welding technology having been determined, welding quality of the reactor been checked and heat treatment, The quality of the reactor has been achieved as the foreign's. It has been achieved Chinese-built transforming of reaction instrument, it has been gained the better economic benefit.
