Urban Vulnerable Groups Assistance of Volunteer Service in West National Regions Under the Background of Harmonious Society

志愿服务在现代社会是一种普遍的社会服务活动。当前,志愿服务已成为社会转型时期我国构建弱势群体多元化社会支持网络体系的重要载体。笔者试对和谐社会背景下,志愿服务对西部民族地区城市弱势群体救助的意义、价值内涵以及影响因素等方面的问题做初步探讨。

Volunteer service is the prevalent social activity in modem society. Currently, volunteer service becomes the important carrier to construct the diversiform social assistance network for vulnerable groups in our country. The author primarily discusses the importance, value connotation and influence factors of volunteer service assisting urban vulnerable groups in west national regions under the background of harmonious society.
