农村劳动力流动对流出地县域经济发展的影响和效应问题初探——基于对河南省固始县的调查分析

A Discussion on the Impact of Rural Labor Mobility on Migrant-sending Areas——Based on the Investigation into Gushi County of Henan Province

农村劳动力流动引起了流出地生产要素的重新组合,对流出地的社会经济增长和发展产生了广泛的影响。通过对自20世纪80年代以来河南省固始县农村劳动力向发达地区与城市的流动,对固始县的农业、农民增收、城镇发展、人力资本积累、资金积累及公益事业的发展等方面的初步调查,归纳分析了到目前为止农村劳动力流动对固始县域经济的发展产生的是重大且正面的影响和效应。

Rural labor movement results in the re-combination of factors of production in migrant-sending areas, which has far-reaching impact on social and economic growth and development in migrant-sending areas. Through initial investigation by interviewing,the author finds out that,from 1980＇s to the investigating time, the rural labor migrations in Gushi county to urban areas have been strongly and positively affecting the agricultural development, the incomes of farmers, the township development, the accumulation of human capital, the accu-mulation of funds as well the development of social welfares of the county.
