尼龙网袋捞蚴法检测水体血吸虫尾蚴的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索高效、快速检测血吸虫易感地带(点)水体尾蚴,为及时预防人畜感染血吸虫和杀灭尾蚴提供科学依据。方法2008年6~7月份,在岳阳市东洞庭湖垸外易感地带用尼龙网袋捞蚴法和C-6膜粘蚴法检测水体中的血吸虫尾蚴。结果2次试验在同一水体中,尼龙网袋捞蚴法的尾蚴阳性率分别为16.0%和30.0%,尾蚴密度分别为0.2条/0.1m2、和1.7条/0.1m2。C-6膜粘蚴法2次试验的尾蚴阳性率均为3.33%,尾蚴密度分别为0.03条/0.1m2和0.07条/0.1m2。结论尼龙网袋捞蚴法确能高效、快速检测出水体血吸虫尾蚴。 Objective To explore a rapid and high efficient method for detection of Schistosome japonica cercariae in the water body, for provide scientific basis for killing Schistosoma cereariae in the water body and preventing people and domestic animals from being infected with Schistosomiasis. Methods Two methods for detection of Schistosome japonica cercariae were compared in the same area endemic with schistosomiasis in Eastern Dongting Lake region in Yueyang City, Hunan, Province for twice from June to July in 2008. Results The detecting rate of nylon mesh bag netting method in the two trails were 16.0% and 30.0%, respectively, and cereariae density were 0.2/0.1m^2- and 1.7/0.1m^2. While, for the C-6 film absorbing cercariae method ,The detecting rate of Schistosome japonica cereariae in the first and second trial were all 3.33%, and cereariae density were 0.03/0.1m^2 and 0.07/0.1m^2,respectively. Conclusion Nylon mesh bag netting method is a rapid and highly efficient one for detection of of Schistosome japonica cereariae in the water body.
