摘要
目的探讨胚胎质量与冻融胚胎移植结局的关系。方法对367个冻融胚胎移植周期中胚胎分为优质胚胎和非优质胚胎2组,并在胚胎解冻后根据其卵裂球损伤程度在2组内分别进行妊娠率和胚胎种植率比较。结果367个FET治疗周期中,优质胚胎组的临床妊娠率和种植率明显高于非优质组(P<0.05),分别是37.81%和20.72%与22.86%和10.57%,每组无损伤组胚胎临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率均优于损伤组。但优质胚胎组中损伤卵裂球少于2个其临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率与无损伤组无差异。损伤卵裂球多于2个则差异显著(P<0.05)。结论胚胎质量是影响冻融胚胎种植率的重要因素。
Objective To observe the influnce of embryos quality on the pregnancy outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transplantationr (FET). Methods The embyo quality in 367 FET cycles were analyzed retrospectively. The embryos were divided into 2 groups according to their quality: blastomere damage group and non-top quality group. Then thawed embyos compared with each other according to their blastomere damage in each group. Results The embryo pregnancy rate and implantion rate of top quality group were higher than those of non-top quality group(P〈0.05). 37.81% and 20.72% vs 22.86% and 10.57%. In each quality group, the embryo pregnancy rate and implantation rate of intact embryos was higher than damaged embryos. In top quality group. No difference was found between the intact embryo and damaged embryo and there were less than 2 damaged blastomere in the top quality group (P〉0.05). But the intact embryo pregnancy rate and implantion rate were higher than those of damaged embryos whose blastomere damaged more than 2 cells (P〈0.05). Conclusion Embryo quality influence the implantation rate in transplantation of frozen-thawed embryo.
