摘要
肝活检在慢性肝病中有重要的作用,但在临床应用上存在不少争议。本文针对经皮肝活检的适应症、并发症、死亡率、选用活检的方式等一系列临床应用问题做一综述。
Liver biopsy has an important role in chronic liver pathogenesis,but there are controversy in clinical application.This review focus on the clinical application of percutaneous liver biopsy such as the indications, complications, mortality, the choice of biopsy methods and so on.
