摘要
目的了解摩根菌属细菌在驻滇部队引起腹泻情况,对从中分离出的摩氏摩根菌摩根亚种生物群A菌株进行鉴定并检测内毒素,开展致病性研究和建立药敏谱。方法肠道增菌肉汤增菌,MacConkey琼脂平板分离培养,进行系统生化试验鉴定菌株,电子显微镜观察形态,鲎试验检测内毒素,小白鼠腹腔注射测定致病性,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果从268例腹泻患者粪便标本分离出7株摩氏摩根菌摩根亚种生物群A,检出率2.61%。内毒素检测全部阳性,小白鼠致病性测定,该菌株有较强毒力,在所试的17种抗生素中仅对2种敏感,3种中介,12种耐药。结论7株摩氏摩根菌摩根亚种生物群A分离株是具有内毒素的菌株,且毒力较强,使小白鼠发病死亡。药敏试验可作为此菌感染时临床用药的重要参考。
Objective To survey the infection status of Morganella morganii in. PLA soldiers, identify the the biogroup A of Morganella morganii subsp.morganii, detect the endotoxin,conduct pathogenic research and test their sensitivity to antibiotics. Methods The bacteria were cultured and isolated on MacConkey gel plate, then the bacterial spepecis were identified by sysemic biochemical test. The morphology of the bacteria was observed under microscope and their endotoxins were detected by shelate test. In addition, the pathogenesis of the bacteria were investigated by injection of thebacteria into peritonea of mice and drug sensitivity test of the bacteria to antibiotics were also carried out and the results were anlayzed. Totally 7 strains of biogroup A of MorganeUa morganii subsp.morganii were isolated from 268 samples of diarrhea with a detection rate of 2.61%. The results of detection of endotoxin were all positive. Pathogenesis test confirmed that the bacterium was strongly toxic. Thebacterium was sensitive only to 2 antibiotics out of the 17 antibiotics tested. Conlusion The newly isolated 7 strains of biogroup A of Morganella morganii subsp.morganii,can produce endotoxins and highly toxic, the mice were died after infected. The bacerium is also resistant to most antibiotics tested.
