摘要
目的了解本市食品中霉菌、酵母菌的污染状况,为进一步加强卫生监督提供科学依据。方法将2005~2007年度本中心实验室收检的七类食品中霉菌、酵母菌检测结果进行统计学分析。结果霉菌计数共检3 542份食品,合格率为96.89%;酵母菌计数共检1 689份食品,合格率为99.53%。结论本市食品中霉菌、酵母菌检出的总体状况较好,合格率高。但仍有极个别饮用水和饮料等超标值较大,应引起注意。
Objective To investigate the contaminated situation of mould and yeasts in the food of Zhongshan City. Methods The contamination status of seven kinds of foods with mould and yeast were inspected from 2005 to 2007 and the results were statistically anlayzed. Results In 3 542 samples were exmined for mould contamination with a qualified rate of 96.89%. In 1,689 samples were examinated for yeast contamination with a qualified rate of 99.53%. Conclusion The result shows that the contamination levels of mould and yeast in food is low. The qualified rate is high.
