Determination of aluminium in water by absorption spectum of graphite furnace

摘要 目的采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,加入重铬酸钾基体改进剂,测定水中微量铝。方法通过改进铝的灰化温度、原子化温度以及基体改进剂来测定水中铝的含量。结果本方法检出限为0.85μg/L,相关系数为0.9996;线性范围为0~100μg/L;相对标准偏为1.08%~1.4%,加标回收率为91%~102%。结论显示研究方法干扰少,灵敏度高,精密度和准确度均能满足测定要求,适合水样中铝的测定。 Objective To determine aluminum in water by GFAAS with addition of K2Cr2O7 matrix modifier. Methods The influence of ash temperature and atomic temperature was detected. K2Cr2O7 matrix modifier was selecte and aluminium in water samples was detected by GFAAS. Results The detection limit was 0.85μg/L, the coefficient was 0.9996;The linear range was 0-100μg/L, and the RSD was 1.08-1.4% and the recovery was from 91-102%. Conclusion This method is highly sensitive with less Interference, it can meet the requirment of precision and accuracy of the detection, thus suitable for determining aluminum in water.
