摘要
目的实验观察外力撞击颅骨时的应力和损伤情况。方法在新鲜颅骨的左、右额部,左、右顶部,左、右颞部,枕部七个部位共贴上22个直角应变花,利用力锤及颅骨实验装置,对颅骨进行撞击实验,用100N的力分别撞击颅骨的额极,左、右额部,左、右顶部,左、右颞部、枕部八个部位,每个部位撞击30次,用电测法测试撞击时颅骨表面的应变情况。结果运用实验应力分析的理论,得到了颅骨各点处主应力的大小和方向。结论为医学上能够尽早、准确的诊断出因脑部受撞而造成的颅骨伤害和骨折,提供一定的理论依据和实验数据。
Objective To observe the results of stress of the fresh skull to hit from outside. Methods Homemade experimental set of skull was used and the impact of hit on the fresh skull was observed, On he surface of the skull, stick twenty-two right-angle strain pieces on the left and right forehead, the left and right coping, the left and right temporal bone, and the occiput of the skull, knock separately on the forehead -pole, the left and right forehead, the left and right coping, the left and right temporal bone, and the occiput of the skull with 100N forces.test the stress distributing of the skull with electromotive method. Results The magnitude and direction of 1st principle stress of the surface of the skull was obtained by analytic theory of experimental stress. Conclusion The experiment can provide definite gist to precisely diagnose the damage and fracture of bumped skull.
