摘要
本文从九个方面提出组织情绪文化对组织运营和管理的重要作用。通过本文的研究,为组织的管理者和领导者更好地认识组织情绪、建设组织情绪文化和发展组织情绪文化提供一定的借鉴意义,从而为组织利用组织情绪文化促进组织发展提供一个框架和理论上的指导。
The paper put forward the important function of emotional culture of organization for organization operation and management from nine aspects. According to the research, it provides certain reference meaning for organization managers and leaders to better recognize organization emotion, to construct emotional culture of organization and to develop emotional culture of organization. Thus it provides a frame for organization to make use of emotional culture of organization to promote organization development and theory direct.
