在机器制造工艺过程中,热处理是耗能大户。其工艺一般包括加热、保温、冷却三个过程,加热是热处理的重要步骤之一。如何选择合适的热源,实行最优控制,从而达到有效节能是一个棘手的问题。

In the machine manufacturing process, heat treatment is the high energy consumption. In general, its technology includes three processes--heating, thermal insulation and cooling. Heating is one of the important steps of heat treatment. It is a difficult problem to choose a suitable heat source and optimal control in order to achieve an effective energy conservation.
