高职教育加强校园文化建设必须以就业为导向;与企业文化对接的高职校园文化具有激励、塑造、训练以及创造的教育价值;高职校园文化与企业文化对接,应该以高职院校为主体,以企业文化为主导,以精神文化为重点,以制度文化和行为文化为抓手,以物质文化为基础,以课程文化为亮点,以实践教学为桥梁,以文化活动为平台。
