磺基水杨酸显色分光光度法测定螯合剂螯合铁能力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了测定螯合剂螯合铁能力的分光光度法。采用试剂空白作参比,在505nm处测体系吸光度,考察了显色剂用量、显色稳定时间和pH对测定结果的影响。工作曲线线性范围为0~0.4mmoL/L,加标回收率在98.8%~100%之间,结果表明该方法操作简便、可靠、重现性好,适于螯合剂螯合铁能力的测定。 Fe (Ⅲ) ion chelating power was determined by spectrophotometry. The absorbance of the system was recorded at 505 nm against a second system with a blank solution of reagent. The influence of developer dosage, stable time and pH was studied. The absorbency was linear to the concentration of Fe ( Ⅲ ) in the range of 5.0 - 100 μg/mL. Good recovery results were also obtained with the range of 98.8% - 100%. The results indicated that the method was suitable for Fe (Ⅲ ) ion chelating power with good convenience, accuracy and recovery.
