健康人群外周血各类血细胞CD55/CD59的表达 被引量:4

Analysis of the expression of CD55 and CD59 on various cell in peripheral blood in healthy population

摘要 目的了解健康人群外周血细胞CD55/CD59表达情况。方法用流式细胞仪检测健康人红细胞、粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞膜上CD55/CD59表达。结果80名健康人外周血不同类型的血细胞膜上CD55/CD59表达不同。正常红细胞CD55/CD59双阳性的红细胞中位数为85.100%,阵发性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)细胞<0.200%;正常中性粒细胞双阳性细胞中位数为99.900%,PNH细胞<0.100%;单核细胞双阳性细胞的中位数为93.000%,PNH细胞<2.900%。淋巴细胞双阳性细胞中位数为72.600%,PNH细胞<18.000%。正常淋巴细胞中所含的PNH细胞比例明显高于其他细胞(P<0.01),且主要为T淋巴细胞。结论健康人的外周血各种血细胞CD55/CD59表达不同,分析结果有助于对PNH等干细胞疾病的诊断和发病机制进行探讨。 Objective To investigate the expression of CD55/CD59 on peripheral blood cell in healthy population. Methods The expression of CD55/CD59 on peripheral blood erythrocyte, granulocyte, monocyte and lymphocyte was quantified respectively by flow cytometry. Results In 80 healthy persons, the median of CD55 +/CD59 + on normal erythrocyte was 85. 100%, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) cell 〈 0. 200%; The median of CD55+/ CD59 + on normal granulocyte was 99. 900% , PNH cell 〈0. 100% ; The median of CD55 +/CD59 + on normal monoeyte was 93. 000%, PNH cell 〈 2. 900% ; The median of CD55 +/CD59 + on normal lymphocyte was 72. 600% , PNH cell 〈 18. 000%. The PNH cell in lymphocyte was obviously more than in other blood cell( P 〈 0.01 ) , and mainly for T lym- phocytes. Conclusions There is different expression of CD55/CD59 on peripheral blood cell in healthy population. Quantitative analysis of the expression of CD55 and CD59 on peripheral blood cell may he important both in diagnosis and disclosing nosogenesis of the pluripotent stein cells disease such as PNH.
