摘要
用MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6%蔗糖培养基诱导三种柚叶片愈伤组织,悬浮培养法扩大培养,进行有效成分分析。结果表明沙田柚含有较高黄酮物质、柚皮苷和野漆树苷,琯溪蜜柚次之,江津柚含量最低,约为沙田柚的50-60%。柚苷元在三个品种愈伤组织中含量相似。该结果为柚类进一步遗传转化和改良提供了基础数据。
Leaf calli of three Citrus grandis cultivars are cultured with MS + 2,4 - D 1.0 mg/L + 6% sucrose. Then the calli are amplified by way of suspension culture to analyze the effective components. The results show that: The Shatian -Yu cultivar has the highest level of flavonoids, naringin and rboffolin, while the Guanxi - Miyu cultivar has a little lower level, and the Jiangjin - Yu cultivar has the lowest level ( about 50 - 60% of the Guanxi - Miyu cultivarg). The naringenin contents in the leaf calli from the three cultivars are about the same level. Our results present some basic data for further genetic transformation and improvement of Citrus grandis.
