畜禽性别决定相关基因的研究进展

Progress in the Research on Sex Determining Relative Gene of Livestock and Poultry

在畜牧业生产中,很多经济性状都与性别有直接关系,在家禽中则表现得尤为突出。在蛋鸡的集约化生产中,人们希望得到尽量多的母鸡;在肉鸡生产中,由于公鸡的生长速度、饲料利用率都明显高于母鸡,则又希望得到尽量多的公鸡。因此,深入了解畜禽的性别决定和性别分化机制,进而对其进行鉴定和控制,不仅在科学研究方面具有重要意义,在生产中也具有重要的实用价值。

Much economic character has direct relation with the sex, the domesticated fowl is especially outstanding. People hope to obtain as many hens as possible in intensive layer production. But, because of cockerel higher speed of growth and higher use factor of feed, people also hope to obtain as many cockerels as possible in broiler production. Therefore, thorough research on the mechanism of poultry＇s sex determination and differentiation is carried out to appraise and control it, which is of both great importance in scientific research and practical value in production.
