摘要
电子提花机是一种纺织设备,它采用计算机信息处理技术,把提花织物的花型信息转化为提花机的控制信息,由计算机程序控制提花机的电磁选针机构,并与纺织机的机械运动相配合,实现对织物的提花织造。本文提出了一种电子提花机控制系统的嵌入式设计方案,该方案采用S3C2410微处理器作为主控制器,操作系统采用嵌入式Linux。该方案能满足实际工业控制领域对实时性、可靠性、低成本的要求,可以完全取代传统机械式提花机。
The electronic jacquard loom is one kind of textile equipment, which puts the design information into the pattern of jacquard's control information and controls the magnet implementing agency, with the cooperation of weavers, to produce varied jacquard woven fabrics. An embedded design of electronic jacquard based on ARM9 was presented in this paper, which satisfies the real-time response, reliability and low cost in the industry control area. It uses S3C2410X as the MCU and Linux as the embedded operating system. The system can satisfy the real time control requirement of jacquard by the field test, and it can replace the traditional mechanical jacquard.
