Treatment and Control of the Water Pollution under the View of Economics

针对我国水污染日益严峻的现状,从经济学角度分析了环境问题产生的根源和环境外部不经济性形成的原因,目前治理水污染所采取的各种措施的局限性,重点探究了影响水资源产权管理的因素并提出了相应的改进措施。

According to the increasingly serious water pollution, the paper analyzes on the roots of environmental problems, the cause of environmental externality and the limitations of measures presently adopted, mainly inquiries the influencing factors of property rights management and puts forward the corresponding improving measures.
