The financial crisis starting from Wall Street is involving the world, so does software outsourcing. As the No. 1 in offshoring industry India is falling the increasing rate. Chinese software outsourcing, which is at the initial stage of the development, is confronted with a great challenge as well. On the Other hand, Chinese soft- ware outsourcing also has its own advantages, such as powerful support of the government, low labor force cost, competitive advantages of software outsourcing for Japan, and so on. In this essay, I will further analyze how the financial crisis affects Indian software outsourcing industry, and then propose some constructive suggestions for the development of Chinese software outsourcing industry against financial crisis according to the situation.
