摘要
食品工业关系国计民生。在中国这样一个发展中的人口大国,食品产业及食品科技在取得突破进展及作出重要贡献的同时,也正呈现许多自身特点和新的趋势。本文主要讨论中国食品科技与产业、中国传统食品与生物技术以及中国健康食品的研究进展和产业现状。
The development of food industry is fundamentally linked to the national economy and the well-being of its people. As a developing country with a large population, the development of China's food industry and advances in food technology made significant contribution to the national and international economies. This paper will give a brief introduction on the current status of food industry and food research in China, followed by an overview of the application of bioteehnology in traditional Chinese foods, and the development and industrialization of special functional foods in China.
