代谢性核受体与代谢综合征

Metabolic nuclear receptors and metabolic syndrome

摘要 核受体中有一大类与代谢作用相关的核受体转录因子,主要包括过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPARs)、肝X受体(LXRs)和法尼酯衍生物X受体(FXRs)等。代谢综合征(MS)因其全球发病率升高以及与之相关的糖尿病和心脑血管病患病风险增加而越来越受到关注。许多研究表明,代谢性核受体与MS,包括胰岛素抵抗、糖耐量受损、2型糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症、高血压之间存在密切联系,也参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,已经作为MS的治疗靶点应用于实验及临床研究中。 There is a group of nuclear hormone receptor transcription factors correlated with metabolism which include peroxisome proliferator activated receptors (PPARs) ,liver X activated receptors (LXRs) and farnesoid X activated receptors(FXRs) ,etc. Metabolic syndrome has been identified and paid attention due to its higher incidence all over the world and increasing prevalence risks of diabetes as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Recently growing evidences support a tight relationship between these nuclear receptors and the metabolic syndrome, which includes insulin resistance, glucose intolerance or type Ⅱ diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia attd hypertension. They also have participated in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. In all, they have become the target for the experimental and clieinal study of metabolic syndrome.
