摘要
目的:研究2个品种的航天诱变育种番茄的营养成分,并对其功能特性进行分析。方法:分别采用氨基酸自动分析仪、原子吸收分光光度仪、高效液相色谱仪等对其蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质及维生素C等的含量进行分析,并与原亲本番茄作比较。结果:航天育种番茄中含有丰富的营养成分,蛋白质含量高于4%,氨基酸总量达0.9g/100g,矿物质含量36mg/100g,维生素C含量72mg/100g。与原亲本比较,各项指标均发生不同程度的变化。结论:航天育种番茄营养丰富,具有良好的开发利用前景。
Objective: To determinate the main nutritional components of two kind of tomatos M1 and M2 by space mutation breeding and their parent CK. Methods: The contents of protein, amino acids, mineral elements and vitamin C were analyzed by Amino acid automatic analyzer, Atomic absorption spectrophotometer, HPLC, etc. Results: The tomatos M1 and M2 contained abundant nutritional components. The protein content was more than 4% and the total amino acid was up to 0.9 g/100 g. Besides, the content of minerals was about 36 mg/100 g and the Vitamin C was even almost 72 mg/100 g. There were changes to different degree, compared with the parent CK. Conclusions: The tomatos by space mutation breeding had high nutrition value. Thus, it provided the scientific basis for a great culturing and the further comprehensives utilization.
