随着政治与经济的全球一体化,国际警界间的工作往来与合作愈加密切。因此,能否顺畅地与来自各种文化背景的警察或相关人员进行沟通,便成为了一个热点研究问题。文章探讨了培养和提高预备警官的跨文化交际能力的基本途径:从多样化的理论培养入手,着重模拟实践技巧的演练,并突出了警察职业的特色。该项研究旨在提高预备警官的跨文化交际能力,为从事未来国际警务合作打好基础。

With the globalization in political and economic areas, the international police are cooperating more closely, and hence whether they can communicate with the corresponding members from various cultural backgrounds smoothly has become a hot issue. Based on this premise, the pa- per explores the fundamental approaches to develop and enhance the pre - policeman~ cross - cultural communication competence, which initiates from the multi -methods of theoretical training, with the focus on the practice of simulated practical skills, and sticks out the professional features of the police. This research aims at enhancing the pre - policeman＇s cross - cultural communication competence and constructing the solid foundation for them to engage in the international policing in the future.
