江苏浙江节能减排的主要措施与借鉴

近年来江苏、浙江通过采取有力措施,节能减排工作取得了明显成效。借鉴两省的经验,为做好节能减排工作,需要开展形式多样的节能减排宣传教育活动,促进全社会节能减排意识的提高;要加强制度建设,加快调整优化产业结构,重视用经济手段,完善政府考核方式,因地制宜区别对待,根据各地不同情况推动节能减排任务的完成。

During recent years,Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province have got great performance on the energy saving and emission reducing by their effort. Drawing lessons from the two provinces, we should conduct various popularized activities, promote all society to deepen understanding the significance of energy saving and emission reducing , enhance system developments, adjust the industrial structure quickly, pay attention to economic means, perfect the way of government investigation, adapt to local conditions, finish the energy saving and emission reducing tasks according to different circumstance in every locality.
