“双证融通”在高职软件人才培养中的研究与实践

The Study and Implementation of "Dual Certificates' Accommodation" in Software Talents Cultivation of Higher Vocational Colleges

"双证融通"即学历证书与职业资格证书相互融合,能够有效提高学生的职业技能,促进高质量就业,符合高职教育以职业为导向的人才培养要求。文章通过山东商业职业技术学院与国际知名培训机构、国际知名企业合作,实施"双证融通"的成功实践,探索出我国高职院校以"双证融通"方式培养职业化高技能软件技术人才的一条有效途径。

＂Dual Certificates＇ Accommodation＂ indicates the mutual fusion of Vocational Qualification Certificate and Academic Certificate. It is capable of improving students＇ vocational skills and promoting students＇ employment effectively. This type of personnel training mode meets the requirment of career - oriented talents cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges. Through the cooperation between Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology and world - famous enterprises and the successful implementation of ＂Dual Certificates＇ Accommodation＂, we explore an effective way in software talents cultivation based on ＂Dual Certificates＇ Accommodation＂ mode.
