组建地矿系统山水集团问题探讨

APPROACH ON FORMING SHAN SHUI GROUP IN SYSTEM OF GEOLOGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES

经过对地矿系统饭店业（含宾馆、酒店、招待所）的现状及存在问题的分析，文章认为：集团化经营是现代饭店业发展的主流；要以资本和经营管理软件为双纽带，运用市场机制组建经营性山水集团公司；山水集团的发展目标是成为一个以饭店为主体，集饭店、疗养院。

Abstract:Though the analysis on the present situation and problems of the hotels including guesthouse、 wineshop、 hostel in the department of geology and mineral resources, the paper considers group management is the mainstream of development of modern hotel; Taking capital and managemental software as two ties, using market mechanism form Shan Shui Group Company; The target of Shan Shui Group is to be comprehensive and operating group company regarding hotels as main part, merging hote、sanatorium、travel agency and relevant production enterprise into an organic whole.
