Abstract:Through analyzing the fundamental cause of the unbalance of economy structure in geological prospecting industry, the author elaborates that the investigation of “person” is the key for the adjustment of economy structure in geological prospecting industry, and expounds how to make good adjustment of “person”, and some problems about it.
