摘要
文章根据地矿部门战略性结构调整和“建大放小”的总体部署，重点论述了在战略性结构调整中如何构建地矿部门国有资本营运体系和加强与完善地矿部门国有资产监督管理体系。为开创资产财务工作新局面。
Abstract:According to general planing about strategic adjustment of structure and “stressing big enterprises, loosening small enterprises”, the paper mainly researches how to set up operating system and how to strengthen and improve supervision system of state owned properties in the department of geology and mineral resources. In strategic adjustment of structure in order to create a new situation about the work of property and finance, the author points out the demand for financial work from now on.
